In this website,

you'll be introduced to the main practices taught in the MINDFULGym program. After the introduction

(ABC of Mindfulness), you can choose to learn any of the 5 main mindfulness-based exercises. 

'A Mindful Day' will give you some ideas on how nurses can integrate the MINDFULGym tools in their daily lives.
